Mid-level Corporate Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Mid-level Corporate Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience in corporate and transactional matters, specializing in capital markets. The ideal candidate should have exposure to public company work, registered equity offerings (including IPOs and follow-on offerings), and preferably, a demonstrated interest or experience in working with life sciences companies.

Duties:

• Engage in public company work, handling registered equity offerings such as IPOs and follow-on offerings.
• Collaborate within teams and manage substantial components of transactions independently.
• Participate in legal processes concerning life sciences companies where applicable.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide legal counsel as required.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, specifically focusing on capital markets.
• Demonstrated experience in public company work and registered equity offerings (IPOs and follow-on offerings).
• Preference for experience or a keen interest in working with life sciences companies.
• Outstanding academic credentials from a reputable institution.
• Comparable law firm experience with exposure to diverse corporate transactions.
• Relevant Bar admission or eligibility to promptly obtain admission.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Bar admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
