The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of experience in fund formation, specifically working with private fund managers. This role requires expertise in drafting and reviewing private offering materials, and candidates must be admitted to the State Bar.

Duties:

• Draft and review private offering materials for various investment funds.
• Provide legal advice and support to private fund managers on regulatory compliance and fund formation matters.
• Conduct due diligence on fund-related transactions.

Requirements:
