A law firm is seeking a Mid-To-Senior Level IP Litigation Associate Attorney in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Job Overview:

• Position: Mid-To-Senior Level IP Litigation Associate Attorney

• Experience: 3-6 years of IP Litigation experience
• Preferred Experience: Trademark/anti-counterfeiting matters

Duties:

• Conduct briefing and motions practice in IP litigation cases
• Prepare for and take depositions
• Collaborate with experts in relevant fields
• Handle USPTO office proceedings
• Conduct trademark searches and surveys

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law or have the ability to become licensed in NC
• Demonstrated experience in trademark/anti-counterfeiting matters is a plus
• Superior client service skills
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Certification in Intellectual Property Law is preferred but not required

Skills:

• Proficiency in briefing and motions practice
