Job Overview

A law firm seeks a motivated labor and employment associate with a minimum of two years of experience to join their team in Washington, D.C. This role involves providing expert legal services in employment matters, focusing on transactional work and client counseling.

Duties

  • Provide labor and employment assistance in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  • Offer expert advice and counseling to employers on all aspects of the employment relationship.

  • Ensure alignment of legal documents with client objectives and legal requirements.

Requirements

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
