A law firm in San Diego is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Intake Attorney to effectively communicate with potential clients, present information and options, and facilitate the retention of the firm for representation or successful referral to national partners. The role requires strong communication skills across various channels, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to use video platforms like Zoom. A sales background or education is a plus, and fluency in Spanish is mandatory. The successful candidate must possess a license to practice law in California.

Duties:

• Present clear information and options to potential clients, aiming for their retention or successful referral to national partners.
• Engage in effective communication via phone, text, chat, and e-mail to facilitate potential case intake.
• Perform data entry and other tasks related to potential client interactions.
• Utilize strong people skills to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
• Conduct communication and presentations using Zoom and other video platforms.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills across various channels (phone, text, chat, e-mail).
• Proficiency in data entry and related tasks associated with potential case intake.
• Experience using Zoom and other video platforms for communication and presentations.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
