Job Overview:

Duties:

• Represent and defend clients against diverse employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage/hour disputes, contract breaches, employment torts, non-compete agreements, and class action or PAGA cases.

• Advise businesses and management teams on employment policies, compliance strategies, and labor-related concerns.

• Conduct training sessions to educate employers on labor law regulations and compliance.

• Engage actively in arbitration processes, administrative hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with a substantial background in employment litigation.

• Current and active California State Bar membership in good standing.

• Proven knowledge and proficiency in federal and state employment law regulations and agency processes.

• Prior experience handling class action lawsuits or PAGA claims is highly preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited ABA law institution, demonstrating strong academic achievement.

Certifications:

• Valid membership and good standing in the California Bar Association.
