The ideal candidate should possess 2-4 years of experience, showcasing expertise in complex civil and/or criminal litigation, particularly in healthcare fraud and abuse matters involving statutes like the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

 

Job Duties:

  • Specialize in government enforcement and white-collar civil and criminal defense within healthcare and life sciences.
  • Utilize strong experience in complex civil and/or criminal litigation, particularly in healthcare fraud and abuse matters.
  • Display proficiency in matters related to the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
  • Prior experience in District Court clerkship.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in complex civil and/or criminal litigation, particularly in healthcare fraud and abuse matters.
  • Expertise in statutes such as the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
  • District Court clerkship experience.
  • Outstanding academic credentials and relevant law firm experience.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Pennsylvania Bar admission.

 

Skills:

  • Expertise in government enforcement and white-collar civil and criminal defense.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare fraud and abuse matters.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle complex civil and criminal litigation.
