Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney with at least 3+ years of bar experience, including proficiency in healthcare/medical malpractice litigation. The successful candidate will join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, PA, and will play a crucial role in representing our clients in various legal proceedings.

Duties:

  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
  • Conducted legal research and provided analysis on complex legal issues.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and alternative dispute resolution forums.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies.
  • Maintain communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the litigation process.
  • Attend and participate in case-related meetings and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required.
  • Strong preference for admission to the New Jersey Bar.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing law, focusing on litigation.
  • Proven experience in healthcare/medical malpractice litigation is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
