Employment Transactions Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Atlanta, Georgia, is seeking an Employment Transactions Attorney with 2-5 years of experience in labor and employment law matters. Job Details:

• Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.
• Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.
• Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.
• Foster positive work relationships.
• Comply with all firm policies and practices.
• Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, such as (a) working at a computer for extended periods of time, including on-screen reading and typing; (b) participating in digital/virtual conference calls; (c) participating in meetings as needed.
• Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• J.D.
• 2-5 years of experience in labor and employment law matters.
• Admitted to practice in Georgia.
• Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications:

• Admission to practice in Georgia.
