The candidate will primarily do preparation and prosecution work for a variety of clients in the electrical, electro-mechanical, software, and Internet technology areas. Law firm experience and/or tech industry experience, as well as present and former Examiners is required. USPTO registration (in good standing) is preferred. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or related field is desired, and advanced degrees and/or industry experience in these areas are a plus. Portable business is not required.
