Newark office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks patent and IP litigation associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience, preferably at a firm with a sophisticated patent litigation practice. The candidate should preferably have some trial experience, significant experience with motion drafting, and familiarity with a variety of technical fields. NJ Bar admission preferred.

The candidate should have superior academic record, research and writing skills.

This firm has given a lot of thought to the interplay between the New York and the New Jersey legal markets. Although one of the oldest and largest in New Jersey, this firm wants to capture the Manhattan type work at Manhattan type billing rates.
