Newark office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an IP associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the electrical or mechanical arts. The candidate must have admission to the New Jersey State Bar, and should ideally be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Must have superior academic credentials. Must have excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills and patent prosecution experience.

This firm has given a lot of thought to the interplay between the New York and the New Jersey legal markets. Although one of the oldest and largest in New Jersey, this firm wants to capture the Manhattan type work at Manhattan type billing rates.
