Candidate will handle all executive benefits and compensation aspects of transactions ranging from acquisitions and divestitures, to joint ventures, to securities offerings. Candidate will advice on employment and compensation arrangements for senior executives, as well as issues arising from employee benefit plans such as retirement, medical, severance arrangements, etc. CA Bar is preferred but not required.
