The candidate must have experience in case development, legal research and writing, all aspects of discovery, witness interviews or investigations, and brief writing. Should have strong academic credentials, exceptional communication and legal writing skills, a high level of motivation and initiative, and a strong work ethic. Current admittance to the California Bar is required.
