Junior to Mid-level Traditional Labor Associate Attorney

A prestigious law firm in San Diego is actively seeking a dedicated Junior to Mid-level Traditional Labor Associate Attorney to play an important role in their traditional labor practice. The ideal candidate for this position should have 2-4 years of traditional labor experience, including client counseling on labor relations and law, research and writing projects, grievance arbitration, collective bargaining, union campaigns, and matters before state agencies and the National Labor Relations Board. Some employment litigation experience is strongly preferred, ensuring the ability to provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients in this practice area.
