Garden City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior corporate/capital markets associate attorney with 5+ years of law firm experience in working on sophisticated mergers and acquisitions transactions and experience in devising and negotiating different transaction structures (public company M&A, private M&A, joint ventures); corporate governance and general corporate matters; and private securities offerings. The candidate should preferably also have experience with Exchange Act reporting, public company and SEC compliance, 40 Act reporting compliance, and fund formation.

The candidate must have a strong academic background. Should have excellent drafting and negotiations skills. Must have a desire for teamwork, significant responsibility, and client interaction.

This firm has extensive experience in litigation, bankruptcy, corporate law, tax, intellectual property, real estate and trusts and estates.
