Garden City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate associate attorney with 7-10 years of experience in commercial and corporate transactions. The candidate should have experience with drafting and revising: Supply agreements and contracts for the sale of critical goods and services; Joint ventures, teaming agreements, and strategic alliance agreements; Standard contract terms and conditions; License agreements; Shareholders Agreements, Operating Agreements, and Partnership Agreements; Distribution Agreements. Prior mergers and acquisitions (buy and sell side) experience are also preferred. Must have Admission to the New York Bar, in good standing. Strong academic background in a top-tier law school is required.

The candidate should have excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills. The ability to thrive in a team environment is required. The willingness to tackle complex transactions is needed.
