Litigation Of Counsel

Job Overview:
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Of Counsel attorney to join its litigation team. This role focuses on complex product liability matters in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, with an emphasis on Daubert and Rule 702 motion practice. The position offers a hybrid work environment and is available in multiple U.S. offices. Ideal candidates will bring strong legal writing skills, significant litigation experience, and a collaborative leadership style.

Location:

• Atlanta, GA

Duties:

• Draft and review discovery responses, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda

• Manage and contribute to Daubert and Rule 702 motion strategy

• Supervise and mentor litigation associates

• Communicate with clients and external experts

• Conduct and support fact development and depositions

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop overall case strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of litigation experience

• Experience gained at an AmLaw 100 firm or comparable litigation practice preferred

• Demonstrated experience with Rule 702 and Daubert motion writing

• Background in product liability litigation required

• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device litigation strongly preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school

• Strong academic performance from a nationally recognized institution

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction

• Admission to the New York Bar is encouraged
