Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced employment attorney to join their team as Counsel in a fully remote role. This position focuses on handling administrative charges, demand letters, and employment litigation for various clients, including those with Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI). The role is based in a ATLANTA  office setting.

Duties

• Handle administrative charges and demand letters.
• Manage employment litigation in federal and state courts.
• Work under the guidance of partners and collaborate with attorneys and paralegals.
• Focus on tactical aspects of cases with minimal in-person requirements.
• Provide high-quality legal work with a flexible billable hours target.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in employment law and litigation.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership.

Skills

• Strong background in employment law.
• Experience with administrative agencies and civil litigation.
• Ability to provide exceptional legal services.
