Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm located in San Francisco, CA, is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney with 4-7 years of experience in employment litigation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running cases from start to finish, with a focus on handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases. This role involves various tasks such as drafting and responding to discovery, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Strong academic credentials, exceptional writing and analytical skills, and active California bar admission are required. Duties:

• Run employment litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Handle California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings.
• Draft and argue motions.
• Take and defend depositions.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of employment litigation experience.
• Active California bar admission.
