Commercial Litigation Attorney

A law firm in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney with 4-8 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling complex cases and RICO matters, demonstrating strong writing and research skills, and the ability to work independently. Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required, and admission to the New Jersey and/or New York Bar is a plus.

Duties:

• Independently manage commercial litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare for and handle court appearances, including hearings and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Handle complex cases and matters involving RICO statutes.
• Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required.
• Admission to the New Jersey and/or New York Bar is a plus.
• 4-8 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong writing and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle court appearances.
• Experience with complex cases and RICO matters is preferred.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
• Admission to the New Jersey and/or New York Bar (preferred).
