Job Overview: A law firm seeks a Senior Civil Defense Associate Attorney to provide exceptional legal counsel in trucking disputes and civil defense matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to client service, and a proven track record of success in defending civil matters.

Duties:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with professionalism and expertise.
  • Provide effective legal counsel in the area of trucking disputes.
  • Represent clients in state and federal courts, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the South Carolina Bar.
  • 5 years of experience in civil defense law and a demonstrated track record in defending civil matters.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Education:
