Mid-Level Traditional Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

A law firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is actively seeking a Mid-Level Traditional Labor and Employment Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional employment and labor practices, including collective bargaining, arbitrations, strikes, injunctions, and NLRB elections. The position requires excellent communication, research, writing, and analytical skills. The candidate should be capable of working independently and collaboratively within a larger team, with relevant law firm experience and a strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school.

Duties:

• Practice in areas of traditional employment and labor, handling collective bargaining, arbitrations, strikes, injunctions, and NLRB elections.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.
• Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• JD degree from a nationally recognized law school.
• Admission to practice law in NY, CA, FL, or PA.
• 3-6 years of traditional labor and employment experience.
• Experience before the National Labor Relations Board is a plus.
