Asheville office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a family law associate attorney. The candidate will check email, return messages, check in with the assigned case manager, and prepare for court. The day will consist of court, other legal proceedings, working case-related tasks, and more. Attend court, mediation, and depositions. Research and prepare cases for court. Manage case reviews and PAG team training. Communicate with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing. Ensure the ultimate client experience. Handle current client meetings by providing top-quality customer service. Navigate the case from start to finish. Previous law firm and litigation experience are preferred. Must be a licensed member of the North Carolina Bar and be in good standing.

The candidate must be comfortable with handling a high volume of cases.
