Labor and Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Labor and Employment Litigation Associate Attorney with a focus on employment litigation in single-plaintiff cases. The ideal candidate should possess excellent writing skills, and experience with PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act) and class action cases would be a plus.

Duties:

• Handle employment litigation cases with a focus on single-plaintiff matters.
• Demonstrate proficiency in legal writing for pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy and arguments.
• Collaborate with legal teams on case management and strategy.
• Stay informed about developments in labor and employment laws.
• Experience with PAGA and class action cases is desirable.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in employment litigation, specifically in single-plaintiff cases.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
