Insurance Attorney

A law firm in Philadelphia is seeking an Insurance Attorney with 3-4 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of insurance coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies, as well as excellent academic credentials and superior research and writing ability.

Duties:

• Analyze insurance coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies.
• Conduct legal research and provide written and oral advice to clients regarding insurance coverage matters.
• Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and coverage position letters.
• Represent clients in coverage disputes and litigation.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of insurance-related cases.
• Develop case strategies and advise clients on potential risks and liabilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• Strong understanding of insurance coverage issues.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Superior research and writing ability.
• Admission to the State Bar.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar.
