Education Law Attorney

A law firm in La Mesa, CA is seeking an Education Law Attorney with 2-7 years of legal experience or prior employment in education, public entities, or labor relations. Membership in good standing with the California Bar is required.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to public education entities.
• Handle a broad array of legal matters arising in the representation of educational institutions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on education law issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings and hearings.
