Attorney needed for Denver office

Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks attorney with 2+ years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in construction defect and/or general casualty/insurance defense. The candidate will advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action. Will complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs. Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs. Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff. Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings. Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks. Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution. Should have trial experience or an existing, portable book of business will be given the highest priority and will be compensated accordingly. All with a passion for construction and/or with experience in general liability/insurance defense who wish to join a positive and collaborative firm culture are encouraged to apply. Must preferably currently be a member of their local Bar association - active member. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary.
