Its practice areas include litigation, environmental and employment law, employee benefits, real estate, governmental affairs, banking/finance and general corporate matters. Its lawyers come from Harvard, University of Minnesota and small regional schools, with excellent academic credentials. Compensation at the firm is top of the market in the Twin Cities, and the billable hourly requirement is quite reasonable, although you are expected to work the weekend and nights if asked to do so by the partners.
