Duties:

  • Legal Advisory:

  • Legal Representation:

    • Prepare and review legal documents, including employment contracts and policies.
  • Client Interaction:

    • Interact with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
    • Provide proactive legal solutions and risk management advice.
  • Supervision and Collaboration:

    • Supervise and collaborate with legal staff on employment law cases.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys.
  • Legal Research:

    • Analyze and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law.
  • Compliance Review:

    • Advise clients on best practices for maintaining compliance.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    • 5-6 years of experience in employment law practice.
  • Bar Admission:

    • Must be admitted to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Legal Advisory Skills:

    • Demonstrated ability to independently advise employers on a wide range of employment law issues.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
