A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney in Los Angeles, CA.

Job Overview:

The Associate Attorney will primarily focus on employment law matters, utilizing their expertise to handle various legal aspects within the field.

Duties:

• Handle a diverse caseload of employment law matters.
• Propound and respond to discovery requests.
• Oppose Motions for Summary Judgment (MSJ) and other motions as necessary.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Provide legal analysis and strategy development for cases.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on employment law.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.

Education:
