Sacramento office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks Lateral Associate Attorney with 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: labor & employment, general counsel, and/or litigation. The candidate should preferably have 5 years of experience as an attorney in one or more of the aforementioned areas of education law. Must have a background in education, possibly coming from a family of educators or having worked in the education field previously.

The candidate should have a passion for education law. Must have strong legal research and writing skills. A desire to work in a team environment is required. Good organizational skills are needed. Must have the ability to think outside of the box. Should have the ability to delegate work and train associates. A commitment to having fun at work while working hard is required.
