Duties:

• Manage and litigate a caseload of labor law cases from inception to trial
• Handle trial and settlement negotiations as needed
• Make court, deposition, and motion appearances in New York courts
• Work collaboratively with the firm’s attorneys to secure successful outcomes for clients
• Provide representation in high-profile cases featured in the media

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in personal injury law, focusing on labor law in New York
• Admitted to practice law in the state of New York
• Proven ability to manage and litigate labor law cases from start to finish
• Strong work ethic and a passion for securing high-value settlements and verdicts for clients
• Trial and settlement experience is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New York
