Job Title: Personal Injury Plaintiffs Attorney

Job Overview:
A well-regarded law firm based in New York City is seeking a motivated attorney to join its plaintiffs' personal injury and medical malpractice team. This role offers a unique opportunity for an early-career legal professional to become part of a high-performing litigation practice and gain exposure to complex cases with meaningful client impact.

Duties:

  • Represent plaintiffs in a range of personal injury and medical malpractice matters

  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda

  • Attend court appearances, including motion hearings and case conferences

  • Participate in depositions, trial preparation, and trial support

  • Maintain direct communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on high-stakes litigation

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or relevant practice areas

  • Admitted to the New York State Bar

  • Strong litigation and courtroom skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and maintain case organization

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to practice law in New York State (required)

Skills:
