Bradley Adds Nolan Clark as Associate in Birmingham

Mr. Clark concentrates his practice on a range of civil litigation matters. He has experience working on claims involving labor and employment, civil rights and commercial disputes. Mr. Clark regularly conducts research and drafts legal documents and agreements on various matters including worker’s compensation, labor and employment, commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, condemnation proceedings, insurance disputes and fair competition claims.
A graduate of the Samford University Cumberland School of Law, Mr. Clark also earned his M.B.A. from the Samford University Brock School of Business. Prior to receiving his B.A. from Huntingdon College, he worked as an economic development intern for the Alabama Department of Commerce. During law school, Mr. Clark served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Karon O. Bowdre, Chief Judge for the Northern District of Alabama.
