GrayRobinson Welcomes Emily Heim to Intellectual Property Section
GrayRobinson today announced Emily Heim has joined its Intellectual Property Section in the Tampa office.
Heim focuses her practice on intellectual property matters, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, and helps guide clients in protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights. She has experience negotiating licensing settlement agreements and intellectual property litigation, specifically for breach of contract matters in the construction industry, securities fraud claims, and derivative and corporate dissolution actions.
Heim received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Virginia Tech. She is admitted to practice law in Florida.
