Daniel J. Doron Joins Jackson Lewis in New York City
Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Daniel J. Doron has joined the firm’s New York City office as a principal. Daniel arrives from McDermott Will & Emery where he was the “partner in charge” of McDermott’s Transactional Employment and Executive Contracts practice.
“We are delighted Dan has decided to join our New York City team, where he will play a key role in growing our Transactional Services group,” said Office Managing Principal Lori D. Bauer.
Daniel focuses his practice on representing private equity firms and strategic acquirers in connection with the labor and employment aspects of M&A transactions. He has represented clients in hundreds of transactions, in industries that include healthcare, manufacturing, technology and software, professional services, biotech and life sciences, veterinary care, food, fitness, travel and hospitality, automotive, transportation and logistics, education, waste management, infrastructure, utilities, energy, insurance and real estate.
“Dan is a strategic thinker and talented lawyer who brings deep experience in this space where employment law intersects with M&A,” said Richard F. Daniel earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.S. from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
