Fisher Phillips Adds Brian Tremer in Irvine
Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Brian Tremer has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the Irvine office.
Brian represents clients in employment and labor litigation, including class and collective actions, and helps them comply with laws and regulations affecting their businesses. He has extensive experience defending employers in state and federal court, arbitral forums, and before various administrative agencies. At Fisher Phillips, Brian will continue to defend clients against all forms of employment claims, and advise clients on compliance with state and federal workplace laws, internal best practices for business growth, as well as traditional labor issues, including union grievances, and collective bargaining. He will also bring to the firm his experience in developing and administrating employee benefit plans and executive compensation arrangements, advising employers on compliance with ERISA and the International Revenue Code, and benefit matters relating to corporate mergers and acquisitions.
Brian earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.S. from Villanova University. He was named one of U.S. News Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” in 2022 and a Super Lawyers “Rising Star for Employment and Labor” in 2019-20.
