Standout ITC Litigator Joins Paul Hastings’ Intellectual Property Practice in Washington, D.C., Accelerating IP Growth
Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that Kecia Reynolds has joined the firm’s Intellectual Property (IP) practice as a partner, based in Washington, D.C. Ms. Reynolds is a preeminent IP litigator who has, over the past 20 years, litigated more than 50 cases before the International Trade Commission (ITC) with a strong track record of victories. She joins from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Her arrival furthers the strong performance and growth of the firm’s IP practice, following the recent addition of partner Matthias Kamber in San Francisco, as well as the firm’s other lateral growth in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Reynolds represents a wide array of technology clients in IP and unfair trade disputes before the ITC. As lead counsel, she won cases for complainants and respondents in patent and trademark infringement cases in various technical fields, including mechanical devices, consumer electronics, medical devices, semiconductors, and chemical materials. From 2007 to 2012, Ms. Reynolds served at the ITC as a Senior Investigative Staff Attorney for the Office of Unfair Import Investigations, where she was trial counsel representing the U.S. government. She is also a registered patent attorney and has represented clients before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), as well as in U.S. district courts.
