Everyone was so prompt in their communication with me, everyone kept up with me and made sure to notify me if there was an update throughout the whole process and it felt as if I was included in the process every minute of the way and I wasn't left guessing about the status of anything. This made my job search easier because it was so streamlined and having a place to go to in order to update my resume, having my writing samples and transcripts in one location to send off to different employers, instead of me having the access and having to do that myself and making sure I had the correct or updated resume or transcript on file.
