Sara Mouledoux Glover Joins Arnold & Porter’s Corporate & Finance Practice
Arnold & Porter announced today that Sara Mouledoux Glover has joined the firm’s Corporate & Finance practice as counsel, resident in Denver.
Ms. Glover, who brings nearly 20 years of experience in advising energy companies, focuses on transactional matters, including acquisitions and divestitures, and financing and commercial transactions primarily in the upstream and midstream segments of the industry. She brings particular expertise in areas relating to the energy transition, including environmental, social and governance (ESG) trends in the oil and gas industry. Ms. Glover also handles matters involving surface rights, joint operating agreements, title, master services agreements, indemnity obligations, legacy environmental contamination, preferential rights and well control responses.
Ms. Glover earned her JD from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and received her BBA from the University of Mississippi.
