Goldberg Segalla added Robert M. Lyons to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial group in Manhattan
Robert focuses his practice on counseling and defending clients in a range of civil litigation matters, including construction, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, and medical malpractice cases. He works with national construction and real estate holding companies as well as national and global insurance carriers. His experience includes defending medical professionals, insurance brokers, and attorneys in professional liability matters from inception through trial and appeal. Robert has also represented clients in insurance coverage matters.
Robert earned his bachelor’s degree from Providence College and his juris doctor from the Fordham University School of Law.
