Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo (AALRR) is pleased to announce that Kiara W. Gebhart has joined our Private Labor and Employment Practice Group as Partner. She is based in our Irvine office.
Ms. Gebhart comes to us from Shulman Bastian Friedman & Bui LLP where she was a Partner for more than 12 years. She earned her J.D. at University of San Diego School of Law, and her Bachelor’s degree at the University of San Diego.
Ms. Gebhart’s practice focuses on handling labor and employment matters for AALRR’s private entity clients, particularly in the areas of wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, and PAGA. She has extensive experience with complex business issues and disputes, including breach of fiduciary duty, professional malpractice, insurance coverage, contractual disputes, unfair competition, fraud, protection of trade secrets and confidential information, and other business claims. We are looking forward to adding her valuable experience to our team.
