Energy Associate Tess Pocock Joins Fredrikson & Byron
Attorney Tess L. Pocock has joined Fredrikson & Byron as an associate in the Energy, Renewable Energy and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups.
Tess is dynamic and solution driven in her approach to assisting clients with the development of renewable energy projects, focusing specifically on the commercial real estate aspects of these projects. In addition to her energy work, she has diverse transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions, labor & employment law, and a broad range of corporate law and corporate governance matters. Graduating with high honors and Order of the Coif from Drake Law School, Tess served as Managing Editor of the Drake Law Review. During law school, she interned at Harvard Law School’s Food Law & Policy Clinic in Boston. Tess also competed in the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition in New York, where she was awarded Best Brief Overall.
