Kilpatrick Townsend Adds to Trademark & Copyright Team
Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of three attorneys to the firm’s internationally-recognized Trademark and Copyright team.
Rose Kautz joins as a Senior Associate in the firm's Los Angeles office. She has a full-range trademark and brand management practice that includes litigation, enforcement, clearance, prosecution, and strategy. Ms. Kautz represents both emerging and established brands and works with clients ranging from startups and nonprofits to multinational corporations in the fashion, beverage, technology, and entertainment industries. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kautz was an associate in the Santa Monica, California office of an international law firm. She earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law and received her B.A. in Political Science, Minors in German and Computer Science, with honors, from Haverford College.
Joseph Daniels-Salamanca joins as an Associate in the firm's Walnut Creek office. Prior to joining the firm, he was a trademark paralegal at a multinational technology company that specializes in consumer electronics, computer software, and online services in its Cupertino, California office where he concentrated his practice on U.S. and foreign trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement matters. Mr. Daniels-Salamanca earned his J.D., highest honors, from Golden Gate University School of Law and received his B.A. in Biological Anthropology, Minor in Psychology, from the University of California, San Diego.
Victoria Ellis joins as an Associate in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Prior to joining the firm, she was an intellectual property associate at a national law firm where she concentrated on trademark prosecution and enforcement, unfair competition, and copyright. Ms. Ellis earned her J.D. and LL.M. from the Washington University School of Law. She received her B.A. in Global Studies, Minor in Environmental Systems and Society from the University of California, Los Angeles.
