Tarter Krinsky & Drogin Expands Real Estate Practice with Addition of Mark N. Aloia as Partner
Mark represents clients in a wide range of commercial real estate and construction transactions, including landlords, tenants, private owners, and developers in the drafting and negotiation of leases, purchase and sale agreements, joint ventures, ground leases, recapitalizations, and loan workouts.

Mark brings significant transactional experience to the firm, having served as Business Unit General Counsel at Aegon USA Realty Advisors, LLC for over 20 years, where, as lead US Equity Real Estate Attorney, Mark handled and managed numerous transactions including the purchase, sale, development, leasing and operation of a large national portfolio that included performing retail, office and warehouse properties, as well as distressed assets and loans.

Mark received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and his B.A. from Stony Brook University. He is admitted in New York.
