Prominent Corporate Partner Kenneth Baronsky Joins Sidley in Century City
Sidley Austin LLP received a healthy boost with the hiring of Kenneth J. Baronsky. Baronsky joins the firm in Century City as a partner in its Corporate group.
Mr. Baronsky has vast experience advising companies, private equity sponsors, executives, owners and board members. He hails from Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where Baronsky developed a sophisticated transactional practice and served as managing partner and corporate practice group leader of its Los Angeles office for more than a decade.
Mr. Baronsky, who is regarded as one of the elite corporate lawyers in Greater Los Angeles and in the U.S., advises on mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, equity and debt investments, restructurings and other corporate transactions. His industries include the gaming sector, media, healthcare and technology. Mr. Baronsky also has involvement with boards of directors and special committees on a variety of matters.
