The ranks of Cooley LLP’s New York office intensified in legal strength with the hiring of Philip Bowman. Bowman, a commercial litigator, arrives from Boies Schiller Flexner, where he was a partner, and played a central role in many of the firm’s most substantial litigation cases for the last ten years.

Bowman has also represented sports and entertainment clients in litigation and arbitration involving MLB, MLS and America’s Cup.
