James Null Joins Eversheds Sutherland Tax Practice as a Partner in New York
Mr. Null will be tasked with giving advice and consultation on US federal tax matters, including US inbound and outbound investments, and domestic and international tax planning for individual, corporate and partnership transactions, as well as private equity investments and structures. He also advises clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Null’s legal specialties touch on a variety of industries, which include media, finance, real estate, biotechnology and alternative energy. Additionally, Mr. Null counsels on international and domestic investments, mergers and acquisitions, pre-immigration planning, structuring and restructuring, and general corporate transactional tax planning.
