Blank Rome Welcomes New Finance & Restructuring Associate in Philadelphia
The Finance, Restructuring, and Bankruptcy group of Blank Rome LLP just became more robust with the announcement that Jose F. Bibiloni has joined the firm’s Philadelphia office.
Mr. Bibiloni will enter the firm as an associate, which welcomed corporate finance partner Shadi Enos Jahangir into the Los Angeles office earlier this month.
During his tenure at his former firm, Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP, Mr. Bibiloni represented debtors, debtors-in-possession, and other parties in all aspects of chapter 11. At Blank Rome, Mr. Bibiloni will continue to focus his practice primarily on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy matters, and financing transactions.
Mr. Bibiloni earned his J.D. from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law where he served as a staff and articles editor of the Temple Law Review. He received his B.A. in History and International Affairs, summa cum laude, from Florida State University. Mr. Biblioni is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
